Someone for the love of god tell me WHY IN THE WORLD IS SABRIEL SUCH A POPULAR PAIRING.

I DON’T UNDERSTAND and it freaks me out a bit.

First of all, I find it incredibly rude to tag your post with “sabriel.” The only people that are going to be looking at that tag are people who ship it, so it is pointless and rude to tag it as such. 

Second of all, you could simply ask why people ship it instead of claiming it as a “crackship.” Frankly, calling just about any ship in Supernatural could be defined as a crackship. Why? Because as much as we want them to happen they never will. Sure, we may not have as many episodes to back up our ship as Destiel or Wincest or even Sassy, but that doesn’t make us a crackship. 

I really don’t know if it is that popular. We have our own little subsect of the fandom, but as a whole it seems like you are in the majority. Most people don’t seem to get why we love Sabriel so much.

The problem is that you never ask. And I am using “you” in the plural, to refer to the majority of the fandom that calls Sabriel a crackship. If you would stop attacking and just ask then this kind of wank could be avoided. But the question is whether you really want to know or not. It doesn’t seem like anyone reallly does. And that is quite depressing, really. It’s a shame that no one actually wants to hear what we have to say and only wants to belittle us. Because we have some pretty good arguments.
